1. Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TicketPro (the "App") provided by Pavel Malinouski. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. What the App does
The App connects to Zendesk Support and helps you process tickets inside ChatGPT. It can retrieve ticket context, generate an internal note and a draft public reply, and suggest tags and priority. If you choose to proceed, it can apply approved updates back to Zendesk.
3. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are allowed to use ChatGPT under OpenAI's terms and age requirements. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Zendesk authorization
To use the App with Zendesk, you must authorize access via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions in Zendesk and for any actions taken using your Zendesk account.
5. Review and confirmation
The App is designed to require your confirmation before writing changes to Zendesk. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and confirming any updates before they are applied.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the App only for legitimate support operations.
- Ensure you have the right to access and process ticket data and to contact requesters.
- Keep your account credentials and devices secure.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass security or access Zendesk data you are not authorized to access.
- Include sensitive secrets in prompts (for example, passwords, API keys).
- Use the App to generate or send spam, abusive, or misleading communications.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or its underlying services.
8. Intellectual property
The App and its software, design, and materials are owned by Pavel Malinouski or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely within ChatGPT for your internal support workflows.
9. Your content
You retain rights to the content you provide or access through the App. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to operate the App and provide outputs you request. We do not use your content for advertising.
10. Third-party services
The App operates within ChatGPT and interacts with Zendesk. OpenAI and Zendesk provide their services under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Drafts and suggestions may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to customers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavel Malinouski will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
