1. Summary
This policy describes how Pavel Malinouski processes data when you use TicketPro inside ChatGPT to work with Zendesk Support tickets. We aim to minimize data and keep you in control. The App reads ticket data you request and can write back updates only when you confirm.
2. Who we are

3. What data we process
3.1 Ticket content and metadata
When you connect Zendesk and select a ticket, we process ticket data returned from Zendesk such as subject, message content, requester name (if present), and selected ticket fields. We may also process attachment metadata (for example, file name and size) if provided by Zendesk.
We also process the instructions you send in ChatGPT and the drafts we generate (internal note and public reply draft).
3.2 Zendesk OAuth data
We process OAuth related data (authorization codes and access tokens) to connect to Zendesk. We do not ask for or store your Zendesk password.
3.3 Operational data (logs)
We process limited operational data to run and secure the App, such as timestamps, request identifiers, and error logs.
4. What we store (important)
To avoid misleading statements, the specific items below must be verified and filled in by the developer before publication.
4.1 Data we do not intend to store
- Zendesk passwords (OAuth only).
- Payment card data.
- Precise location data.
5. How we use data
We use data to:
- Retrieve ticket context you request and generate drafts you ask for.
- Apply updates to Zendesk only when you explicitly confirm.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App.
6. How data is shared
6.1 Zendesk
The App communicates with Zendesk APIs to read ticket data and, if you approve, to write updates such as internal notes, tags, priority, or a draft reply.
6.2 OpenAI and ChatGPT
The App runs inside ChatGPT. Your prompts and the App outputs are processed through OpenAI systems under OpenAI policies. We do not control OpenAI processing.
6.3 Subprocessors and service providers
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the App:

Zendesk Infrastructure (via your Zendesk account)
When you connect to Zendesk, your ticket data is processed through Zendesk's infrastructure. Zendesk uses the following sub-processors:

6.4 Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
7. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate operational needs such as security and debugging.
7.1 Our data retention
- OAuth tokens: Stored encrypted while your account is connected. Deleted when you disconnect Zendesk or revoke access.
- Operational logs: Retained for up to 30 days for debugging and security purposes.
- Ticket data: Not stored by us. Ticket data is fetched from Zendesk on-demand and processed in memory. We do not maintain a copy of your ticket data.
7.2 Third-party retention
- OpenAI API: By default, OpenAI retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). See OpenAI Enterprise Privacy.
- Fly.io: Retains account data while the account is active. Upon deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days. See Fly.io Privacy Statement.
- Zendesk: Retention is controlled by your Zendesk administrator settings. See Zendesk Data Deletion Policy.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data. No system is completely secure.
9. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in different countries. Zendesk and OpenAI may also process data in multiple jurisdictions under their own policies.
10. Your choices and rights
You can revoke Zendesk access at any time from your Zendesk account settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, or deletion. To make a request related to data we control, contact support@petprojectcofounder.ai.
11. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last updated.
